Leopard 40 owners version from 2016, excellent condition and privately owned.  The Leopard 40 has a very comfortable living space with front and aft cockpits leading off the open plan saloon and galley.  This gives an inside and outside living space that is like no other catamaran design.  The aft cockpit sliding doors open completely effectively merging these two spaces.

The boat is 3 cabins with an owners hull with queen island bed, large bathroom with separate shower, office space and sliding door making it fully private.  The port hull has 2 double cabins with shared bathroom.  The boat is full comfort with air conditioning and generator, large fridge and freezer, corian work surfaces, full household equipment, drop down cockpit table for extra lounging space, TV, music system and electric toilets.

The Leopard 40 has a semi flybridge where the boat can be piloted without leaving the cockpit.  All lines lead to a set of clutches on the coach roof, there is an electric winch to simplify manouvres and instrument panel of Raymarine 70 series with plotter, autohelm, wind, depth, VHF.  The cockpit has a hardtop bimini and the helm station as well with viewing panel making it easy to see the mainsail for trimming.

On this boat, the full batten mainsail and furling genoa were changed in 2019 and not much used following both due to covid and the current owners limited sailing time.  The full set of service and engine as well as generator batteries were changed in 2022.  The aluminium hull dingy and outboard were changed in 2021 and are a breeze to hoist on the electric davits.  The charge systems include 140W of solar and 630Ah service batteries from 2022.
