Princess 20M - in 2001 Princess built world beating Motor Yachts and the 20 Meter was one of their finest. They were relative to today's standards heavily laid-up and have exceptional sea-keeping. With the 'galley-up' on the main deck with the dinette opposite, they are practical too.
This particular yacht has had some very significant upgrades in the last few years including new batteries, new high capacity (5 kw) invertor/charger and battery chargers.
Recently a major refit was undertaken including a substantial engine/gearbox service, new galley / laundry equipment and many technical upgrades as detailed on the following specification.
This is a 'smart yacht' there is a full security/location package fitted, the engines, passarelle and charging system can be remotely operated from anywhere in the world as well as monitoring key data to give the owner peace of mind when they are away from their yacht.

Ils étaient par rapport aux standards actuels tres bien construits avec une tenue en mer exceptionnelle. Presentant une "galley-up" sur le pont principal et la dinette en face qui facilite la tache.
Ce yacht particulier a fait l'objet de modifications très importantes au cours des dernières années, notamment de nouvelles batteries, un nouvel onduleur/chargeur de grande capacité (5 kw).
Récemment, un grand carénage a été entrepris, comprenant une révision substantielle du moteur et de la boîte de vitesses, une nouvelle cuisine et du nouvel materiel de lessive, ainsi que de nombreuses améliorations techniques détaillées dans le cahier des charges suivant.
Les moteurs, la passerelle et le système de charge peuvent être manipulés à distance depuis n'importe où dans le monde et les données clés sont contrôlées pour donner au propriétaire la tranquillité d'esprit lorsqu'il est loin du yacht.

Sleeps eight in four cabins with three en-suite bathrooms, plus two crew with own shower and WC.

With her spaciously elegant accommodation, superb seakeeping and long range cruising ability, the Princess 20 Metre is very much the high performance motor yacht.
I have been involved in selling ANEGADA twice since 2007. The current owner has done many upgrades in the past two years and very little is required to finish the major refitting work the current owner has undertaken. He has done the important below decks and engine room works as well as a great deal of cosmetic upgrades such as the new deck heads/head lining throughout.
The upholstery on the flybridge needs replacing as it is old and sun damaged and the hull/superstructure present very well but would benefit from a polish.
Considering the substantial works and upgrades, this yacht is very competitively priced.
